Shiply Egypt connects customers with independent travelers. Customer purchase, traveler purchase, and SHEIN use different payment and proof milestones. Follow the service shown in your deal.
Standard customer-owned delivery and traveler purchase. SHEIN follows the separate journey below.
Create a product request or send your own bag. For products, choose Customer buys or Traveler buys and enter the relevant item, route, date, and shipment details. SHEIN uses the separate sequence below.
Compare routes, dates, supported services and categories, reward settings, verification status, and reviews. A starting reward on a trip card is not an all-inclusive quote for your shipment.
Use offers and counteroffers to agree on the reward and handoff. Review product reimbursement only when the traveler buys, the applicable Shiply fee, and the customer total. An estimate alone is not an accepted agreement.
For customer-owned delivery, the traveler saves the receiving address before the payment step. Transfer the displayed amount to the designated Shiply receiving account, upload proof, and wait for manual verification. Traveler purchase also requires verified payment before buying.
For customer-owned delivery, follow the address-disclosure and shipment action after payment verification; the traveler confirms collection with proof. For Traveler buys, the traveler buys the agreed products and uploads purchase proof. These are different fulfillment milestones.
Keep communication inside your deal. Follow the agreed delivery location and supported handoff method. Collection by the traveler abroad does not mean the goods have reached you.
Use the delivery confirmation process after you receive the agreed goods. If something is wrong, document it and contact support. Delivery confirmation can make the traveler eligible for payout, subject to platform review.
After completing delivery, leave a review through the available deal actions. Reviews help other customers and travelers assess future matches.

Set your actual route, travel dates, available capacity, supported categories, services, and pricing preferences. You can publish before verification, but must verify before sending an offer, accepting a delivery request, or committing to delivery.
Check the requested service, who buys, goods, quantities, weight, route, and dates. Customer-owned products and bags do not require you to buy the goods. SHEIN has a separate sequence.

Carry the shipment on the agreed route and keep the customer informed inside Shiply. Follow applicable airline and official import rules; a category selection does not guarantee permission or customs clearance.
Hand over the agreed goods using the deal delivery process. The customer confirms final receipt. Keep relevant evidence and contact support if handoff cannot be completed.
Delivery confirmation can make you eligible for payout. Shiply review and completion rules still apply. Check the payout state in the deal; collection or payment proof alone does not release your funds.
Shipment arrives and actual weight is recorded before the Shiply payment step.
Choose the SHEIN service and agree on the rate and shipment terms. Do not substitute general trip category prices for the negotiated SHEIN rate.
Follow the address instructions in the SHEIN deal and arrange the store shipment. Paying SHEIN for your purchases is separate from your Shiply delivery payment.
The traveler receives the shipment before the actual-weight and platform payment stages. This differs from the standard pre-shipment payment sequence.
The traveler records the shipment actual weight and uploads proof. The agreed rate and actual weight determine the reward; an estimated weight is not the final payable weight.

For a product request, choose Customer buys or Traveler buys. With Customer buys, you purchase or send the goods to the traveler's receiving address when the deal permits shipment. With Traveler buys, the traveler purchases the agreed items after payment verification and uploads purchase proof. Sending a bag and SHEIN orders follow their own shipment steps.
After agreement, the traveler saves the receiving address and the deal makes payment available. Pay the indicated Shiply receiving account and upload payment proof. Once Shiply verifies payment, follow the address-disclosure and shipment instructions in the deal. Do not apply this pre-shipment payment sequence to SHEIN.
SHEIN follows agreement, receiving address, shipment arrival, traveler recording actual weight with proof, calculation from the agreed rate and actual weight, then customer payment and verification before delivery and payout. Its platform payment is not the standard pre-shipment payment sequence. Paying SHEIN for your purchase is separate.
No. Travelers do not need to be verified to publish a trip. They must complete traveler verification before committing to a deal. Publishing a trip does not mean the traveler is verified.
Delivery confirmation can make the traveler eligible for payout. Shiply's payout review and completion rules still apply. Uploading payment proof or confirming collection does not itself release the traveler's payout, and this page does not promise a fixed processing time.
Discuss the delay in the deal's Shiply conversation and keep relevant evidence. Contact support if the agreed delivery cannot be completed or a milestone is disputed. A trip date is not a guarantee against travel, store, or customs delays.
No. Uploading proof submits a payment claim for manual review. Shiply may verify it, reject it, or request clarification. Wait for the verified or secured status shown in your deal before taking the next step that requires payment confirmation.
